My name is Etienne Duvallet. (E T N Doo Vah Lay). I am French but grew up mostly in Texas then moved to California after college.
I tend to shoot mostly nature and landscapes, along with the occasional candid shots. I also love to play around with night photography, random long exposure shots, and close up macro shots.
I first learned that I loved photography in senior year of High School when my Technology class teacher lent me one of the very first fully digital Canon Rebel available to consumers. I instantly fell in love and did not want to give it back when I graduated.
I’ve often found myself as the official unofficial photographer where ever I go, be it family or work events.
In College I found a way to purchase a used “bridge” or “Hybrid” digital camera which worked alright but I basically worked that camera to death. After graduating college I bought myself a Canon Rebel XS and put it through its paces as I road tripped to California. I’ve since gone through a 70D before upgrading to my current 6D Mark2.
