Small Butcher block made of Maple, Walnut, and Purpleheart. Free US shipping

For a recent birthday I made myself a nice, thicc butcher block out of maple, walnut, and purpleheart. Naturally I cut more than I needed so I turned some of the left overs into this smaller, similar, and still thicc butcher block. It is reversible with my mark only on one side. I also chamfered all of the corners and edges, making it easy to pick up. Perfect for smaller kitchens!

The board is 12.5 inches going form side to side, 10.75 inches from the outer edged of the maple, and is a bit over 1.5 inches thick. The weight comes in just over 5.5 pounds.

I’ve coated it with food safe mineral oil and wax. I recommend that this more oil and wax should be added every few months, based on usage. If it looses its shine, it’s probably time for a little food safe oil and wax.

Where does your money go?
-$35 go towards the wood. Walnut and purpleheart are expensive!
-$15 go towards the “free” shipping
-$10 go towards taxes and website fees and upkeep
-$10 go towards tools, labor, and the candy fund.
